Plastic bags are usually made by the following steps:

.Raw material preparation: High-density polyethylene (HDPE) pellets, which have good plasticity and durability, are selected as the raw material.

.Extrusion molding: The HDPE pellets are fed into an extruder, where they are heated and melted into a molten state. The molten HDPE material is then pushed out of the extruder through a specific-shaped die under extrusion pressure, forming a continuous film.

.Embossing and cutting: During the formation of the HDPE film, it can be embossed to add surface texture and anti-slip properties if desired. Subsequently, the film is cut into the required size and shape using a cutting machine.

.Printing and shaping: As per customer requirements, the HDPE garbage bags can be printed with logos, labels, or any other desired patterns. After printing, the bags are shaped to have specific folding and sealing methods.

.Packaging and quality control: Once all the production steps are completed, the HDPE garbage bags are packaged to ensure they remain intact during transportation and storage. Prior to packaging, quality inspections are conducted to ensure that the bags meet relevant standards and requirements.
